Service Coordinator

NPI (Vermont’s premier technology management firm) is looking for an energetic person to keep our work flowing and our team humming.  Full or part-time candidates will be considered, with job duties adjusted accordingly (please indicate in your cover letter if you prefer full- or part-time).

As the NPI Service Coordinator you will

  • Schedule projects, contract activities and recurring appointments
  • Interact with clients, both on the phone and via email
  • Receive and ship deliveries
  • Perform general office administrative tasks
  • Have a full suite of state-of-the-art tools at your disposal

Strongest candidates:

  • Have excellent customer service and organization skills
  • Are great communicators on the phone, in person, and via email
  • Have a strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Have an interest in technology
  • Prior experience with scheduling and client service is desirable
