IT Service Manager

Lead for Excellence!

As NPI’s Service Manager, you will lead NPI's service team in providing stellar client satisfaction, efficient and prompt customer support, and on-time and on-budget project completion.

Your opportunities and responsibilities will include:

  • Mentor and evaluate Engineering and Canopy Team Leads
  • Create and manage Service Department budget
  • Lead Service Department meetings
  • Automate and improve workflows, processes, and Key Performance Indicators
  • Become expert in NPI’s Service Management software suite
  • Manage projects end-to-end, from quoting to delivery
  • Work with vendors and CEO to implement new service and product offerings

Strongest candidates:

  • Have 3+ years of significant Service Management experience
  • Are skilled leaders and coaches
  • Prioritize customer service
  • Are well-organized, efficient, and interested in technology
  • Have a general knowledge of computer networking and support
  • Have a related degree and/or certification
  • Are Vermont residents
